Drop in a QuickBooks export and Ledger Insights turns it into an instant read on income, spend, and where you stand — plus a grounded forecast for where you're headed. Bank a General Ledger, a P&L, and a Balance Sheet together for the fullest picture.
Exported as .xlsx or .csv. Drop each report into its own box below — all three can be banked at once. A General Ledger unlocks the Income / OpEx / COGS tabs; a P&L or Balance Sheet gets its own Report Summary tab; bank two or more and a Cross-Report tab appears.
Income − COGS − Freight − Royalties = Gross Profit, then − OpEx − Salaries & Benefits = Net, projected month by month. ?

The same accounts and groupings the Cash Pro Forma forecasts from — Income, COGS, Royalties, Freight & Storage, OpEx, and Salaries & Benefits — summed as actual GL activity over the period below, instead of projected forward. This is the Board Report's Actuals column.
LTM figures use Actuals P&L's Trailing 12 (Complete) period. EBITDA adds Depreciation/Amortization and Interest Expense back onto Net Income — both are classified automatically off account names (no separate checklist, same as Freight & Storage). The DCF projects each line forward on its own Cash Pro Forma growth assumption — the same numbers driving that tab's forecast, not a separate guess — and Depreciation/Interest, which have no Pro Forma control of their own, hold flat at their trailing 12-month average.
Terminal value uses whichever multiple matches the DCF Basis above (EBITDA Multiple or Gross Profit Multiple) as an exit multiple on the final projected year — one assumption doing double duty instead of a separate, disconnected terminal growth rate.

Every transaction line in the General Ledger, searchable across date, type, number, name, class, memo, account and split. Filter down to one account or one classification bucket to see exactly what makes up a total on the other tabs. Amounts keep the ledger's own sign. This view ignores the Parent Classes filter — it's the raw ledger.

Every account with non-zero activity, checked against the Income, COGS, OpEx and Balance Sheet classifications. Balance Sheet (bank, A/P, intercompany, capital, equity) is where activity that isn't P&L belongs — it's excluded from every income, cost and pro forma total. Flags two failure modes: an account that isn't marked anywhere (falls out of every total silently) and one marked in more than one place (double-counted the moment the buckets are summed, as the Cash Pro Forma does). Toggle a box here to fix it directly — it's the same classification used everywhere else.

Drills the same COGS activity down to artist/Class instead of account — for recoupment tracking and per-artist royalty statements, not for trend/forecast. Uses the COGS Account Classification above; classify accounts there, not here.
