2. Allocation Strategy
Set pricing and distribute inventory.
- SRP: Retail Price (D2C)
- PPD: Wholesale Price (Distro/Tour)
- Allocate units to channels. Unallocated units show as red/yellow.
3. Sales Time Series
Forecast sales velocity.
- Set Announce and Street dates.
- Sell-through %: Determines total units sold by horizon end.
- Default curves auto-distribute sales (Announce bump, Street peak, Decay).
4. Financials
Review profitability.
- Cumulative KPI: Tracks Project Recoupment (Revenue / Total Sunken Cost).
- Contribution: Net Profit after Mfg + Royalties.
